CUSTOM LENGTH

To accommodate those who may fall outside of our standard sizing range, we provide custom options for a personalized fit. An additional customization fee applies for these services, as we aim to deliver garments that are uniquely tailored to each individual. Kindly be advised that custom items are non-returnable, and it is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the measurements provided for a precise and seamless customization process.

PROCESSING TIME

We generally request an 8-10 week lead time to ensure we have all dresses in stock. Rush service for an additional fee may be an option depending on scheduled production timelines. Please inquire.

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipping outside of Canada, we will bill you for the product price after any applicable discounts, as well as insurance and shipping charges. Local taxes, customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Your order will be shipped using a secure and trackable shipping service with insurance to ensure safe delivery.

How can we try before we buy?
We are committed to offering high-quality Canadian-made apparel for your group. We know that ordering new uniforms for your choir is a big decision, and we're happy to offer a sample service so you have the opportunity to see, feel and try our dresses before you purchase.

Our team will be happy to assist you with choosing samples. Upon request, we can provide you with a full fit line so that you have all members of your choir can find their desired size.

Samples ship shortly after payment is made, and should you decide to order your uniforms from us, we will provide you with store credit for your bulk order once samples have been returned.

How long will it take to receive the dresses?
Generally, we'll need an 8-10 week lead time to ensure we have all the dresses in stock. We may be able to accommodate you sooner depending on which dress you choose and how many of each size you'll need.
What happens when we have new members?
We replenish our best-selling styles and colors each year which makes it easy for you to order new dresses. We also keep track of the dye lot that you initially purchased so we can best match the new dresses to your existing shade. We can't guarantee it will be an exact match but we've had groups working with us for many years without any issue.
